What products does SJT offer?

Three lines: electronic safes (Safe Series), biometric and card door locks (Door Lock Series), and time attendance / access control terminals (T&A / Access Machine).

Where can I buy SJT products?

Through our authorised distributors worldwide. Contact us and we will introduce the distributor for your region.

Do your products carry a warranty?

Yes. Every SJT product carries a standard manufacturer warranty; the exact period is stated on the product datasheet. Consumables and damage from improper installation are excluded.

How do I reset a biometric lock or terminal?

Refer to the manual supplied with the product. If the manual is lost, contact support with the model and serial number and we will send the correct procedure — reset steps differ between generations.

Do you offer OEM / ODM?

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services for qualified partners, including firmware, branding, packaging and mechanical variants.

Can I get a datasheet or certificate?

Datasheets and catalogues are on the Download page. For certificates (CE, RoHS and similar) contact us with the model number.
